As soon as I envisioned this 14-year-project on my life in Cuba, I knew that I needed to maintain the full integrity of each image and each word.
I couldn’t let anybody alter or destroy its content.
I knew that only by creating an independent publishing house I could assure that my wishes would be respected.
The more I do books with my students' help the more we strongly believe that choral editing is the best and only way that we can make a book these days. EB
